- Inside Dhaka: Orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 4 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Orders are processed and dispatched via our courier partners and delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Payment Terms
We offer secure, hassle-free payment methods tailored for the Bangladeshi market:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. You pay only when the premium gear is in your hands.
- No Advance Payments: No Advance Payments required
3. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (Return Window)
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gear does not meet the Alpha standard, here is how we handle it:

- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, AlphagearX BD will cover the return shipping costs. If you are exchanging an item for a different size or changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the standard courier return fee.
